Ingredients
32 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 19.2 oz Honeysuckle White Ground Turkey Breast (1.2lbs) (by LASHHM) 2 cup Beans, red kidney 1 tbsp Chili powder 4 tsp Ground cumin (by TEXASDY) 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Paprika 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Put beans ina Dutch oven & cover with water, soak overnight. Chop onion, garlic, bell pepper. Add to skillet with hot olive oil. Sauté until onion is translucent. Set aside. Cook turkey until brown. Add veggies & turkey to soup pot. Add V-8, beans & spices. Cook all day until done.
