Chicken and rice blend with veggies

Ingredients
0.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh3.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh0.5 serving 10 baby carrots raw0.5 cup Minute Rice Instant White Rice (1/2 Cup Dry = 1 Cup Prepared)2.0 packet Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp)
Directions
Cook chicken and rice. Mince the cauliflower and mix with chicken. Cut up broccoli, and slice carrots. Mix altogether and add about 1cup of water and mix well. Cover and microwave 5 mins. Stir and microwave 5 more minutes.
