6 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine .50 small Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .50 cup Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese with Basil and Tomato (by GRENDELLA)
