15 Minute Keto Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Spinach

Ingredients
1 lb Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tbsp Salad Dressing, Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Prepared 3 clove Garlic, minced 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded 4 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup Half and Half Cream 2 Tbsp oil
Directions
Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped chicken breasts, season with Good Seasonings. Saute for 4 - 5 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through. Add the garlic and saute for another minute or until fragrant. Add broccoli, spinach, shredded cheese, cream cheese and half and half. Cook for another 3 - 4 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked through. Serve with cooked pasta, rice, zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
