Rio Grande Guacamole

Ingredients
Lime Juice, 1 tablespoonCilantro, raw, 4 tablespoons1 avocado, pitted1 tablespoon of Mrs. Dash's grilling blend (either for steak or chicken)
Directions
Dice or tear the cilantro into small pieces and place in a bowl with the lime juice and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Add the avocado. Mash well with a fork.

Serve with tortilla chips, etc. Store it by covering it tightly with plastic wrap. Serves 8. A serving size is about a tablespoon.
