Vanilla Chia Seeds Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup Milk (Blue top - or other milk)1 tbsp Honey 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 cup Chia seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with lid or mason jar. Whisk together for one to two minutes or until everything is well incorporated. Cover and place into refrigerator. After 3 hours, remove lid and stir briskly so that chia seeds break up into mixture.

Replace cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, mix well.

Serving Size: Makes a large 1-2 serving
