Lentil Taco Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup Lentils, green cooked, chilled 1 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce 2 tble, shredded Cheddar Cheese1/4 Pico de Gallo1/4 Avocado, diced 1 tsp, Lime Juice1 tsp Taco Seasoning5 tortilla chips, crushed
Directions
Coat cooked lentils in taco seasoning. In a bowl, add romaine, cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, squeeze lime juice over romaine mixture. Add seasoned lentils to the romaine, mix. Top with crushed tortilla chips.
