2 serving California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.8 cup Olive Oil 200 grams Flour, white 1.2 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour 2 small (2-3/8" dia) Oranges
Mix 4 eggs, 150 gr lacanto/erythrol, vanilla powder, 200 gr all purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 120 gr almond flour, zest and juice of 2 oranges, 180 ml olive oil. Pour in well oiled and floured bundt pan and bane 40 min on 380F.
Take out of the pan, while cooling, make holes and slowly pour juice of 2 oranges into into the cake to soak. Cover with powder Swerve when cooled completely.
