Creamy Buckwheat Porridge (FUHRMAN)

1 cup Buckwheat groats raw (by J1WORDEN) 1 serving Bard Valley Medjool Dates (2 dates) 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.3 tbsp Chosen Foods Organic chia seeds 2 tbsp chopped walnuts 0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
Soak groats overnight in 2 cups of water.
The next morning, drain and rinse.
Place buckwheat, dates, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and chia into a food processor and blend till smooth. Add extra milk if needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
Top with nuts and fresh fruit.
Serving Size: 2 regular servings, 3 small
