3 cup, sliced Zucchini 14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Kale 3 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 1 cup Tomato Sauce0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Sauté sliced onion and zucchini in oil on med high until browned. Add kale, sauté until wilted. Add beans, tomato sauce and seasoning. Simmer on low until desired tenderness.
