1 tbsp Parsley, dried 0.25 tsp Sage, ground 2 clove Garlic 2.50 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 12 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw 1 serving Herb Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon Instant Broth & Seasoning 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 medium Mushrooms, fresh Found another recipe similar that added tomato slices and mozzarella as Caprese Balsamic Chicken.
Heat oil in pan, start with sauting the chicken.
Add in the garlic and mushrooms.
Stir for a few minutes in with the chicken juices.
Start pouring in water and dry broth or the cup of broth.
Add the vinegar, sage and parsley
Salt and Pepper as needed (extra salt not in the count)
