Raspberry or Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 2 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries)
Directions
Put everything but berries in blending container. Blend until cottage cheese is smooth. Then add the frozen berries and blend until smooth.
