Potato Salad with Egg, Apple and Onion

Ingredients
4 serving BABY RED POTATOES - STEAMED - 4 OZ (by JANJCL12) 1 serving Honey Crisp Apple, Large 3.5 inches in diameter (by JASPER885) 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 6 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled) .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
Directions
Steam potatoes
Hard boil eggs
Allow both to cool in refrigerater
Cut apple into cubes
Slice onion and then cut into med sized pieces.

When potatoes and eggs are cool, slice eggs into med to small pieces, combine with onion, potatoes and apple. Add in mayo and stir. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Keep refrigerated
