Gigi's Chicken and Veggie Soup Italiano

olive oil 1 tsponion4 oz pancetta or bacon..cooked and drainedchicken 2 lbzucchini 2 cupscannelinni beans 1.5 cupsstock 5 cupfrozen corn 2 cupsspices to taste (basil, oregano, thyme)potatoes 1.5 cups
Directions
sautee chicken and onion
add all other ingedients and cover with stock
cook for 1 hour at low boil
