Ingredients
1 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved 3.1 oz Roasted Brussels Sprouts 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Mix olive oil and brussel sprouts to evenly coat (2 tsp. per cup). Season and spread out vegetables on a baking sheet coated with Pam Spray. Cook at 400 degrees for ~30 minutes until slightly browned. Serve each cup with one slice crumbled cooked bacon.
