Creamy, Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soupAs much broccoli as you like (I use 1 bunch)1 medium onion, choppedgarlic to taste3 cups cooked brown rice2% shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl. Press cooked rice into the bottom of a greased casserole dish, and pour soup and broccoli mixture on top. Top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Cook at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Makes four servings.
