Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
4 cloves Garlic, peeled 2 cans Anchovy (drained)1 cup quality Olive Oil 1/3 cup White Vinegar
Directions
1. Place the garlic cloves in a blender. Whirl to chop.
2. Drain anchovies and add to blender. Whirl to combined.
3. Add quality olive oil and vinegar. Whirl to blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Dresses 8 portions of salad.
