Cranberry Orange Walnut muffins

Ingredients
1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.66 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 tsp Baking Soda2.0 tsp Baking Powder0.25 tsp Salt0.75 cup Orange Juice2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving Fisher - Chopped Walnuts - 1/4 cup2.0 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened1.0 cup, chopped Cranberries
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, add in cranberries, & coconut mix again then stir in walnuts. Pour in muffin pan & bake at 400° for 17-20 mins & enjoy?
