Sesame & Green Onion Pin Wheels

0.5 dash Salt0.75 tbsp Corn Oil1.0 tbsp Sesame Seeds1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)0.3 tbsp *OILS - Sesame Seed Oil - Dynasty
Dissolve salt in boiling water and add to flour. Mix until evenly moist and is thoroughly mixed. Knead (floured) until smooth. Cover and let rest 40 minutes.
Cook bacon till crispy.
Roll dough into retangle 8x16 inches.
Mix 1 T of bacon grease eith sesame oil. Brush dough with oil mix. Add crumbled bacon and diced scallions.
Roll up dough, at the 8" edge (jelly roll).
Pinch seam closed. Cut the roll into 8 pieces. Flatten with rolling pin till it is about 4 inch diameter.
In a none stick pan, use spray Pam.

Spray pin wheels with Pam
Lay a sheet of tin foil, shinny side down and place a cast iron pan on top for weight.
This will help brown them evenly.
2 to 3 minutes.
