Carrot Hot Dogs, Insta-Pot

6 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots5 tbsp Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (mother) 0.25 cup Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 3 tsp Smoked Paprika 1 clove Garlic minced or Sliced thin
1) Scrub (peel if you choose) and cut ends off large fresh carrots at hot dog bun length. Pick 1/2 inch to 1 inch around.
2) Mix all ingredients in Insta-Pot, Seal and cook on HI (80lb pressure) for 3 minutes
3) Quick release pressure (Carrots should be firm) then allow to cool completely.
4) Place Carrot Dogs and cooking liquid into a container. Refrigerate overnight to marinate, turning several times for even flavoring.
5) Grill Carrot Dogs on a grill or fry in a frying pan on the stove to add flavorful grill marks. Brush marinade as you grill to add flavor and moisture.
6) Serve anyway you like your meat hot dogs (REALLY!!!)
