Sesame Orange Beets with Beet Greens

Ingredients
1 beet (2" dia) Beets, fresh 1 cup Beet greens, fresh 1 tbsp Pine Nuts 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Sautee beet slices with enough olive oil to coat a large skillet. Add fresh cracked pepper to taste. When beets are about half-cooked, flip them and scoot them to one side of the pan. Add beet greens and turn constantly until just wilted.



Serve beet greens and beets with dressing, topped with pine nuts if desired.
