Chinese Stir Fry, Vegetarian

1 tbsp Canola Oil1 tsp Ground Ginger2 Cloves Garlic1/4 cup water1/4 cup soy sauce1 cup chopped broccoli1/2 cup water chestnuts1 cup snow peas1/3 cup bamboo shoots1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup bean sprouts
Prepare all ingredients, so you can stir and not have to worry about cutting up vegetables.
In a skillet heat the oil, add garlic and ginger and sautee for a couple of minutes.
Add water, soy sauce and broccoli. Stir often and continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes. (if adding tofu then add at this point)
Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry until they are finished cooking, approximately 5 minutes.
