Cauliflower and Brocolli Salad

Ingredients
0.50 cup, halves Apricots, dried 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 0.50 cup Orange Juice 3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 0.50 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 small (3" long) Scallions, raw 100 Almonds 240 gram(s) best foods lite mayonnaise
Directions
Chop vegetables, dice apricots, chop and toast almonds. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and season with a little curry powder. Mix all ingredients to combine.

Serving Size: Serves 4 large portions or 8 small
