Breakfast Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
1 tbsp Taco Seasoning 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw 4 large Egg, 4 tbsp Salsa, divided into 2 1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 16 oz Ground beef, lean
Directions
1. In a large skillet, brown the Beef & remove any excess fat as it cooks. Add in your taco sauce & 3/4 cup of water. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat & let simmer a few minutes. 2. Push the taco meat over to the side of the skillet. 3. Pour in the beaten egg. Once the egg scrambles to your liking, mix it in with the rest of the dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Cook cauliflower rice separately with cilantro & salt. 5. Seperate into 3 serving dishes & pour 1.5Tbsp of salsa on each serving. Serving Size: 3 Bowls
