Green Chile Chicken Enchilladas

10 ounces cooked, diced chicken breast1 cup Cream of chicken soup (Campbells Healthy Request), unprepared1 cup light sour cream1/4 cup salsa1 can diced green chiles4 tbsp chopped cilantro4 tbsp chopped scallions1 cup reduced fat cheddar12 corn tortillas1 28oz can green enchillada sauce
Preheat oven to 375. Combine the first 8 ingredients along with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Coat a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Add 1/2 cup of the sauce to the dish to lightly coat the bottom. Warm tortillas 30 seconds in the microvave. Divide the filling between them and roll up, placing seam side down in the pan. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake 25-35 min until bubbly and cheese is melted.
