Ingredients
1/2 C margarine(softened a little)2 C white flour2 tsp sugar(to taste)1/2 tsp salt4 tsp baking powderblend above ingredients3/4 C - 1 C skim milk-add a little at a time
Directions
add milk a little at a time( dough should not be too sticky), fold out quickly until lumpy. cut out with a circle 2" accross or so. bake @ 400* for 10-15 mins/ until golden on bottom

    I tried these as drop biscuits using whole wheat pastry flour. Pretty good. I ended up with 12 large biscuits. - 2/9/09
