Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1.5 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 1 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Beat eggs & milk, add other ingredients and pour into lightly sprayed casserole dish.

Bake 45-50 min.
