Seafood Medley Chowder

Ingredients
1 - 16 oz. bag Seafood Medley, from Seamazz3 cloves garlic, finely chopped1/2 cup onions, finely chopped1 cup frozen corn kernals1 cup frozen green beans, cut1 cup red bell peppers, chopped2 tablespoons olive oil3 teaspoons curry powder1 tsp black pepper1/2 cup coconut milk (light cream or milk can be substituted)
Directions
Thaw 1 - 16 oz. bag of Seafood Medley . When thawed, rinse thoroughly, drain.

Add olive oil to saute pan; stir fry onions and garlic. Add bag of Seafood Medley, stir-fry until done. Transfer to soup pan.

To above mixture, add 4 cups water and 4 teaspoons chicken bouillion powder. Add curry powder (to taste--2-3 teaspoons). Add corn and green beans. Simmer gently until vegetables are tender. Add coconut milk. Serve in soup bowls; add black pepper to taste.

(Any vegetables can be substituted)
