Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 cup (1 serving) Fiber One Cereal, original2.0 cup (not packed) Raisins5.0 tsp Baking Soda3.0 cup Granulated Sugar4.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.8.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 large Egg white, fresh0.5 cup Apple Sauce (Motts) Unsweetened4.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
Boil 2 cups of water and add to cereal . Let sit while mixing all other ingredients. Use either buttermilk or create your own adding 1 Tbsp white vinegar for every 1 cup. Mix oil, applesauce, egg whites, eggs, sugar and buttermilk. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix all ingredients together. Add nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips if wanted. Serving Size: 1
