0.5 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 3 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz) 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Sautéed spinach and mushrooms. I’m mixing bowl add eggs, cream, cheese and sautéed veggies season to taste. 12 muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes Serving Size: 12
