Ingredients
112 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast) 16 oz Wild Cherry Pepsi 24 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Pork Rub (by KELLOGS969) 1 cup, pitted Cherries, sweet, canned 16 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 4 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Molasses 3 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Pork Rub (by KELLOGS969)
Directions
Inject pork with 1C Cherry cola. Rub Pork with preferred pork rub, smoke for 8-10 hrs

BBQ Sauce
Mix remaining ingredients and heat on stove, use immersion blender to blend cherries bring to a boil simmer 30 minutes, allow to cool.
