Ingredients
3 cup Goya Black Beans 3 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans 2 cup Goya Pink Beans (by TIMRE4) 3 cansRotel Diced Tomatos and Green Chilies Chili seasoning (bagged or home made) - to taste1 jalepeno pepper, fresh1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Drain the beans and mix in the Rotel. There are a number of varieties. I use a mix of spicy, regular and chipotle. Roast the onions and the pepper. Chop them and add everything to a crock pot. Cook for about an hour. This recipe also works well with ground meat.
