2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 16 tbsp Coconut oil (spectrum Organic) 8 tbsp Kirkland Creamy Almond Butter (ss = 2 Tbs = 32g) 9 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Confectioners 5 serving PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder (2 Tbsp) .333 tsp Nutmeg, ground 20 serving Cream Cheese Frosting
Slightly melt or soften the peanut butter and coconut oil together in the microwave or low heat on the stove.
Combine all ingredients and use hand mixer to blend until combined.
Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan.
Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
Best if kept frozen..
