Ingredients
250 grams Cheddar Cheese 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 cup Milk, 1% .5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs thoroughly. Chop spinach and ham. Make a well in the flour and pour all ingredients in. Mix until combined. Grease muffin tin. Spoon mixture evenly into the 12 cups. Bake for 25 minute or until golden brown.
