Ingredients
20 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted2 cup rutabagas, diced3 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets, boiled 1.5 cup slices Carrots, diced1.5 cup, diced Celery, diced1 cup Onion, diced
Directions
brown cut chicken in 1 T oil, add veggies, cover with water and simmer for 4 hours. Add water if necessary to keep the vegetables covered.
