Instant pot gluten free turkey stroganoff

20 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 3 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup 1Tbsp Rice flour, white 3 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 3 cups barilla gluten free pasta1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
Spray instant pot with cooking spray.
Set to sauté and brown turkey with onion and garlic.
Once browned, add flour and toss to coat.
Add broth, soup, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add pasta.
Close and seal lid.
Set on high pressure for 8 minutes.
When done allow natural release for 5 minutes then change to quick release.
Open pot and stir in sour cream.
Serve.
