3 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice) 1 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 strips turkey bacon, fried & crumbled. 2 eggs, beaten, then add kale, peppers, onions & crumbled bacon. Form into circle and cook over mediun heat for 10 minutes or so, then turn over and cook until firm and no longer runny. Add shredded cheese before serving with Franks Hot Sauce.
