4 tbsp WinCo Foods - Creamy peanut butter 40 oz (by ADHIKARI65) 4 serving Beef - Stew Meat - Cubed - 4 oz raw (by TIGERBABY27) 3 tsp Garlic 6 tsp Ginger Root 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Golden mountain Oyster suce 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 3 cup green giant cauliflower rice 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
Cook beef in oil, Half the the soy sauce and half the oyster sauce until done, add peanut butter, ginger, lime, and the other half of the oyster and soy sauces. Add 4 tablespoons of water and the riced cauliflower.
