Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb Ground TurkeySeason to taste with:Ground PepperRed Pepper/Cayenne PepperGarlic (powder or fresh)Onion PowderBean mix:1 can Black Beans1 can Pinto Beans2 tsp dried cilantro (or the equiv of fresh)Garnish Veggies:1 small onion, chopped1 -2 small tomatoes choppedBlack Bean & Corn Tortilla Chips Shredded lettuce
Directions
Season turkey to taste while browning in a drop or two of extra virgin olive oil.

Meanwhile begin cooking the bean mix (2 cans of beans & the cilantro)

When Turkey is brown and beans are done, mix the two together serve over mixture of shredded lettuce & crushed tortilla chips

serve about 3/4 cup over lettuce & chips
Garnish with tomatoes & onions
