Creamy Fiesta Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 small Garlic, 1 clove Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Salsa, 1 cup*Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 oz Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 8 serving
Directions
350 oven. Cook onions and garlic 2 mins. Add Chicken, 1/4 c salsa, cream cheese, cilantro and cumin. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese. mix well. Spoon 1/3 c of mixture into each tortilla, roll up. Place seam-side down into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining 3/4 c salsa and remaining shredded cheese. Bake 15-20 mins oruntil heated through. Serving is 2 enchiladas per person.
