2.0 serving precooked Beer Brats1.25 serving LITTLE WHITE POTATOES - 1 SERVING = 5 POTATOES (110G)1.0 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw0.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 tbsp Olive Oil0.25 tsp Poultry seasoning1.0 tsp Parsley, dried0.25 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 400.
Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Slice celery and carrots in half lengthwise and then slice1/4" thick.
Cut little potatoes in half.
Cut cauliflower into florets.
Cut the onion into small wedges.
Toss the vegetables with oil and seasonings (a plastic bag works well for this)
Place the vegetables on the lined
