Almost like grandma's potato salad

Ingredients
2 quarts water2 medium potatoes3 red potatoes1/2 cup diced onion1/2 cup diced celery2 medium eggs - hardboiled1/2 cup Best Foods Reduced Fat Mayonaise2 Tbsp. Eating Right brand Poppyseed and Carmalized Onion Dressing (available at Safeway)4 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Relish1 tsp. horseradish1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the potatoes. Return the water to a simmer, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are done. In another pan add enough water to cover 2 eggs, bring the water to a boil, add the eggs and boil for 4 minutes. When potatoes and eggs are cooked remove them from the water and allow them to cool.

Cut the potatoes into small chunks and place them in a large bowl. Chop the eggs into small pieces and add to the potatoes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate overnight.
