Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 32 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 2 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 1 cup Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free 1 cup Beans, black 1 cup Beans, pinto .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 1 dash Salt
Directions
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat, add diced red peppers, diced onions, and can of green chilies. Cook stirring frequently, until onions are tender. Add turkey, chili powder, salt, and cumin, stirring and breaking apart turkey until meat is browned 2 - 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, and bring to boil over high heat, reduced heat and simmer until chili is thickened about 45 minutes.
