Ingredients
6 oz Beef, t-bone steak sliced thin 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw sliced into small wedges0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 oz Ginger, Crystallized 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 serving Espresso 0.5 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 radish sliced Sprig of mint fir garnish 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp blackening seasoning 1tbsp olive oil
Directions
Sauté vegetables and ginger in olive oil minus the spinach Move vegetables to the side, add steak and spinach, mix corn starch and espresso together and pour on top of steak/spinach, cover and let steam fir 2 min Gently stir spinach, steak and espresso together Plate vegetables, top with spinach and steak Garnish with radish and mint Serving Size: 3 1 cup servings
