Ingredients
10.0 oz fresh beet spirals (trim noodles to shorter lengths)2.0 Aldi''s Never Any Cranberry Chicken Sausage links sliced2.0 medium Scallions, thinly sliced 1.0 tbsp Canola Oil2.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar1.0 tsp Parsley, dried1.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Heat 1 TBSP oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the beet noodles and stirfry/saute for 5 minutes or so until noodles are tender crisp. Add the sausage slices, the cider vinegar, parsley to skillet and stir to cobine,, heat until the sausage is hot. Season with pepper to personal taste.
