Tofu Scramble (Vegan)

Ingredients
Seasoning Blend:2 Tsp Nutritional Yeast Seasoning� tsp onion powder� tsp Kala Namak (Himalayan black salt)� tsp sweet paprika� tsp turmeric2 tbsp Miyoko's Vegan Cultured Butter .125 cup Soy Milk 1 block (14 oz) Firm Tofu 2 Tbs vegan butter (I use Miyoko's)2 Tbs Soy Milksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix seasoning ingredients together and set aside.
Drain and press tofu for a bit...not too dry.
Slice tofu into very thin slices.
Melt vegan butter in pan but do not brown.
Mix in soy milk and seasonings and stir over medium heat until a bit thickened.
Lay tofu slices in the pan and flip over to cover with the "egg" mixture. Gently stir and fold until all of the tofu is covered and it resembles scrambled eggs and is warm. The tofu will break up into pieces.
Season with salt and pepper.
