1 cup Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter1/2 cup Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
Line baking sheet with parchment. In large bowl (microwave safe) add peanut butter and maple syrup. Wisk. Heat in microwave in 20 sec increments till warm and fragrant and mixture begins to dry out and become fluffy (about 4 - 7 rounds). Wisk between rounds. Add oats and cacao powder. Stir and fold. Use 1 Tbsp scoop. Put on baking sheet. Eat or freeze. Stores 1 - 3 months.
Stovetop alternative- Over med-low, mix peanut butter and syrup. Wisk and stir till mixture bubbles. Pour over dry ingredients.
