Kroger carbmaster strawberry yogurt, 1 serving (remove)Banana, fresh, .5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)1.5 cups ice
Directions
put all into blender until desired consistency.

can be frozen, just microwave in 20 second intervals until thawed to your liking.

makes 2 servings ( approx. .75 cup)
