Ingredients
10 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, cooked 1 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 small Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 16 oz Beef, Ground, 80/20, Browned (yield frm 1 LB raw) [hamburger, ground chuck] ggg (by MG7_FIT) 3 serving Beef Bouillon - 1 cube (by LARAREAMY) 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 2 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 4 cup Tomato juice, with salt added 1 cup Hunt's diced tomatoes , basil, garlic & oregano .5 cup Barley, Quaker Quick (by MOHMAMA3)
Directions
Brown hamburger, drain off grease. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until onion is tender; add remaining ingredients and season with salt, pepper, basil, whatever you wish. I added a couple dashes of Cayenne Pepper, as well.
