Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 0.50 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 tsp Salt 1 stalk Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 block Tofu, firm 4 cup go go quinoa super grain fusili
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Wipe canola oil on casserole dish very lightly.
Boil water, add a little salt. Cook pasta till al dente adding the broccoli for the last few minutes to cook alongside. (last 2 min)
Mix tomato sauce, tofu, cottage cheese, salt & pepper together.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

***if you want to top with cheese - go for it - but you'll have to add in those calories***
